Lenny has worked as the project leader, and director of investment & Acquisition of several Fortune 500 real estate development companies (Sun Hung Kai, Vanke, CITIC Group, etc.) and served as VP of one of China's top 10 restaurant group. Lenny founded this consulting firm to provide consulting services for the real estate development industry in the UK, Canada, and China. Retail/Food industry in Canada. His diversified background has provided him with abundant resources and management services for projects from 0-1.
Thomas Zhang, CFO
Yale M.Sc. | UBC MBA | CFA
Thomas has ten years of experience in product development and project management in Fortune 500 and S&P 500 companies, as well as two years as a financial director in a real estate consultancy.
He started his career as an R&D scientist at L’Oréal. After getting his MBA, he worked at Alibaba's Canada office, where he was in charge of marketing and operations for Taobao and Tmall in the Canadian market.
